award-winning culinary professional with over 25 years of diverse experience. Chef Boland specializes in creating delectable dishes utilizing fresh and wholesome ingredients, sourcing locally whenever possible.
Native to Aruba, Chef Anthony has more than 20 years of experience in the hotel culinary world. He attended culinary school in the Netherlands and now helps train new chefs at the EPI School in Aruba.
Chef Henderson brought home the Gold Medal for the Barbados National Team at the 2015 Taste of the Caribbean competition. He enjoys creating new twists on traditional Bajan meals.
A native of Tuscany, Italy, Chef Antonio has held chef roles in Italy, London and Bonaire, and has worked in restaurant development and management. His specialty is simple, fresh, yet bold flavors.
Born and raised in St. Maarten, Chef Iwan received his culinary training in the Netherlands and Italy. He has plied his craft in fine dining and corporate settings in Washington, D.C. and St. Maarten.
