Gilbert Flemming is his name; whipping up decadent dishes is his game. Flemming brings his unique culinary skills and Aruban flair to the table as the Executive Sous Chef of pureocean on Aruba.
On entering the industry at the tender age of 18, Steve Collymore now has more than 20 years of culinary experience. Known as a gentle giant, Collymore has worked in many fine dining operations and is excited to demonstrate his skills at pureocean.
Originally from Curaçao, de Kok has 15 years of experience in the industry. He’s cooked in several fine dining restaurants in Curaçao, Holland and Bonaire. “My favorite cuisine to cook is classic French as I was trained this way, so it’s my personal foundation from which I approach new or other cuisines. But my specialty is modern Caribbean fusion cuisine.”
On the friendly island of St. Maarten, Anil Yadav is in charge of the resort’s five restaurants, one café and three bars. Yadav has over 17 years of culinary experience, working for hotels, cruise liners, luxury lodges and restaurants around the world.
