On entering the industry at the tender age of 18, Steve Collymore now has more than 20 years of culinary experience. Known as a gentle giant, Collymore has worked in many fine dining operations and is excited to demonstrate his skills at pureocean.
Originally from Curaçao, de Kok has 15 years of experience in the industry. He’s cooked in several Caribbean restaurants and brings fresh ideas to the culinary team at Divi Flamingo.
On the friendly island of St. Maarten, Anil Yadav is in charge of the resort’s five restaurants, one café and three bars. Yadav has over 17 years of culinary experience, working for hotels, cruise liners, luxury lodges and restaurants around the world.
