On entering the industry at the tender age of 18, Steve Collymore now has more than 20 years of culinary experience. Known as a gentle giant, Collymore has worked in many fine dining operations and is excited to demonstrate his skills at pureocean.

Originally from Aruba, Jansen has a special energy and love for food. He’s cooked in several restaurants on Aruba but is loving his new role on Bonaire. “My specialty is Caribbean cuisine with an international twist. I have a healthy and light cooking style.”

Julio Haynes started working at Divi Little Bay as a sous chef back in 2015 and quickly worked his way up the culinary ladder to become the resort’s executive chef. He says he looks forward to providing guests with an experience like no other on St. Maarten.
